The delivery was on time, and prompt. The product was not the new version of Proactiv, but instead it was the old version. I clearly bought and choose the new formula of Proactiv, in which I was expecting the new version. I am still waiting to hear back from the seller. this is not 2 months worth of product, its one, do not buy. shipped very fast, however its the old formula and is missing a months worth of treatment, DO NOT BUY!! I ordered this system for my 16 year old son who suffers from acne. Seeing his self esteem diminish was breaking my heart. I ordered the Proactiv system online and enrolled in the automatic billing. Well, we received our first shipment the end of October and he used it for the first 30 days...no results. We received the next month's shipment and my son used it again but suddenly his face started becoming red and flaky. At one point, his face literally started bleeding! I told him to stop using it immediately and I called the company to cancel our enrollment and we sent it back to the company. Well wouldn't you know they billed me AGAIN in January! I called them and told them that I sent the whole kit back to them and they said they hadn't received it yet (even though I sent it back 6 weeks ago)so once they do, they will reimburse me. They tranferred me over to another department I guess that specializes in "retention" by trying to convince you to stay with them. This lady was trying...
